Noé
Cuyala

Noé loves competing and should never be counted out. After three months off due to an injury, the young Corsican stunned the crowd and finished second in both the surf-freestyle and surf-slalom events at the 2022 GWA Youth World Cup. At only 14, he also participated in the regular GWA tour.

Part of F-ONE’s Next Generation team, Noé’s technical skills are beyond compare thanks to his skiing and windsurfing background. Watch out for this grom who loves going fast and who already has a huge list of tricks up his sleeve.

Noé Interview

Can you tell us a bit more about your passion for wing foiling?

I started wing foiling towards the end of 2020, and I've always ridden F-ONE. I started with this gear in a club and since then I have never stopped.

You just won the lottery, what do you do first?

I look at the forecasts in all the best spots of the world, I choose one and I leave. I stay there for a while and then I go to another place. And that, ad infinitum!

What’s the most amazing thing you’ve experienced?

I've experienced a lot of great things; I couldn't really name one in particular. Most of all, I'm only 15 years old and I think I still have a lot of great things ahead of me!

“I often go foil pumping. It's a good cardio workout, it's good for the legs, and it's also a good way to improve your technique.”

What do you do with your day when there is no wind or waves?

When there's really no wind or waves, I often go foil pumping. It's a good cardio workout, it's good for the legs, and it's also a good way to improve your technique, so it's cool. I also enjoy time with my friends and my parents.
