Bruno Interview

Can you tell us a bit more about your passion for kitesurfing?

I’ve been practicing watersports for a long time but when I tried out kitesurfing in 2015, it was a match right away. I loved the sensation of lightness and the ability to fly. And there is always something to do, even if I spend a lot of time doing strapless freestyle, there is also foiling, surfing, and wing foiling. You can’t get bored, there’s always a good reason to be in the water. Nowadays, kitesurfing is my job. I became an instructor because I truly needed to share this passion with others.

You just won the lottery, what would you do first?

I think that I'd take one or several years off.

What’s the most amazing thing you’ve experienced?

The most incredible thing I’ve experienced is when I started planing in windsurfing.

“There’s always a good reason to be in the water.”
What are you doing during a day without wind?

When there is no wind, I surf or do something else that glides or flies. Otherwise I walk my dog. I always find something to do!
